Proffessionals in the hospital that I work at are soft. The group I came in with worked very hard and just did what was needed to treat as many patients as possible. We were underpaid but still worked hard and didnt complain.

Now, these younger ones come in and cant seem to solve their own problems, overvalue themselves quite a bit based on productivity, only seem to care about money, want to work as litle as possible, don't seem to actually care about their patients which leads to me having to meet wih their patients way more than I should need to, have a million suggestions for things that need to be improved but dont want to actually help to make those imprvemwts happen and then come back to ask for help when they again cant solve their own problems or communicate effectively.

Sorry for the typing mistakes. My ipad is cracked. Anyways, I'm responsible for a group of 60 and many of them drive me nuts every day. People in general seem so self interested and have no internal motivation to work hard, do their job, and do the right thing.
