Looking to spend up to $1,000 on a pellet smoker. Have used a Weber Smokey Mountain for last 3 years (for ribs, brisket & Turkey), but ready for less hassle (working the fire and controlling temp). Like the idea of the wifi monitoring so I can be more mobile while cooking. Any other features/quality issues that make one a clear favorite? Do either of them get hot enough to do Steaks/Burgers well (seared)? Looking for any advice. Thanks!
