That was the exact same thing Steve Young said about himself as a freshman

but he had the talent and work ethic to become a great passer. Hoge's development will dictate whether he can rise to the top in this system. I think he has enough talent to be a great QB, but I don't know if he'll have enough time to develop especially if Mangum plays beyond this season.
