and he was amazing. As a sophomore he was lighting it up. But he also had a couple really really good receivers to throw to, and that team was well coached.

I think the tandem QB system his freshman year was one of the dumbest things Bronco ever did. I really think he should have redshirted that year.

I also think Doman was a horrible coach and in WAY over his head. Doman's treatment of QBs was deplorable.

Playing too early destroyed his confidence - combined with getting hammered from having such a porous o-line his sophomore year as others have mentioned above.

I still think he could have been a superstar if he'd been properly coached.
