Maybe I like pulled pork more than the average BBQ eater, I don't know
It's rarely my favorite thing on the menu, but when done right, it's fantastic. If you screw it up, I'm not going to trust you to do anything else right. If I'm going to a new BBQ joint and it ends up being terrible, I'd rather be out $9 for pulled pork than $18 for a rack of ribs.
