49 lbs. A good colony can produce 100 lbs, but you need good conditions
a good honey flow (I had that this year), strong colonies free of disease and pests (check) no swarms (didn't get that one).
Typically your first year you don't get much honey, so the fact that I had 49 last year from two colonies was decent. 120 from three colonies is decent, but not great, and certainly not excellent.
