I would have had at least 100 from two of my colonies but they swarmed. When the swarm, you lose 1/2 of your bees. If they swarm multiple times (which they can), you lose more than half. That happened to two of my colonies. Bees are really complicated. That is part of what makes them fun - the challenge of the 100 lb per colony harvest.

I sold 10 swarms I caught this year. I have much more fun catching swarms. A couple of those videos are posted too if you are interested. Warning - I suck at videography - I get too distracted by the bees...
