don't know why Utah drivers get a bad rap here since I've seen just as high of a percentage of poor drivers from other states (especially California). I will agree that bad drivers suck and I wish people would be more observant to their surroundings when driving, but let's not pretend like Utah has a corner on bad drivers because they definitely do not.
