Defense: They keep us in the game if.....they contain the run. From what I can gather in articles, LSU is still a run first offense. They expect to grind opponents down with size and speed at OL & RB. If our front 7 can hang.....it will be a game.  However, they have been running for a week with 4 freshman at OL due to injuries.  All are likely athletes, but inexperience could lean in our favor in the trenches.

Offense: I actually think our pass may set up the run this year. With several viable TE options to open up the middle of the field, I think we may flip the cliche of "run to open up the pass" on it's head. I don't know if we have an RB that really puts pressure on defenses this year. I think we have multiple serviceable options, but no one that is really the complete package.  If we can complete some short passes to the RBs along with TE's, that really can open up the box for some runs between and off tackle.

Like many on CB, I'm calling my shot now. If we are within 14 points at halftime, then it will finish as a 1 score game either way.
