Little finger's plan is to drive a wedge in between them so that Arya will leave. That way both Jon and Arya will be gone and he'll have more influence on Sansa. I'm not sure about the last scene. That was creepy. I'm wondering if it wasn't a test to see if Sansa will turn on her (her family) again.
