Thanks for the responses...I guess I assumed they would re-amortize the loan.  If they don't re-amortize automatically then I will call and ask them to do so.  My credit report said I didn't have enough 'accounts,' which a banker told me meant that while my credit card account was great, I didn't have enough months of payments on things like cars/appliances/houses
