See...this is what yewts hope and pray for more than for their team winning the
12-Pack south...that BYU goes back to the MWC so they can say they beat BYU once and for all. Well guess what...more than the yewts...BYU has earned our P5 reputation. The yewts needed a conference to designate them a P5 member and not by their accomplishments.
And, you're only part of the chaff that is in the P5 to help create the facade of the P5 resume for the largest programs in the country: USC, Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, OSU, FSU, etc. P5 is ONLY about providing a path for those large/top 10 traditional programs in the country to be funneled into the playoff and NY day bowls. They really don't want yewta there but they need your win and appearance of a P5 program.
