I know we have Romney and Cosper from this same 2018 class, but what gives? He seems undersized compared to the two just mentioned, but I watched him at the Lone Peak game. They had a safety over top of Moore almost every play and that is with BYU commit Holker on the other side. He had 1 TD grab versus LP, but he was open a lot. Lehi QB missed him several times. I spoke to a former BYU DL (Westover) who has a son on that Lehi team and he said that Moore has the best hands and is the best route runner he has seen since Collie. That got my interest piqued and so I looked into Moore. He went with his QB (Cooper) to Elite 11 and was recognized there as a standout, got MVP award at the All Poly camp for receivers, and seems to have former Cougs singing his praise. Looks like he has a Weber State offer, but any interest from the Cougars? Seems to have JP riled up!
