We aren't taking buses anywhere. A flight to Houston is longer than a flight to
San Diego, yes, but not prohibitively so.
Also, the potential exists to park our non-revenue sports (like pretty much everything but Football, Basketball and Baseball) in another conference like the WAC that makes more geographic sense.
I don't think the marginal increase in travel is that big a deal tho.

You have to take the statement in context. The context is competing with P5 schools as an independent is not sustainable
