....too many Jimmer wannabees trying to take the game over with ill-advised shots or forcing the ball into the teeth of the defense. Last year was fraught with guys wanting to foist up the long 3 with a guy in their face when an extra pass would've found a teammate wide open for a better shot.
It's going to be a huge culture change for many of these players who were used to be the hot dog on their high school or AAU teams with the green light to shoot when ever they cross mid-court but it will lead directly to more wins, especially in late game situations where the score is tight. We haven't fared well in those kinds of games since Jimmer left.
