Coaches a long time ago. They had an identity. They were probably the most successful team of the 90s. Partially by taking some borderline kids like Lawrence Phillips.

But none of that matters. They need talent and coaching and above all an identity that they don't have right now. Eventually they will probably find it imo. But right now it still looks very far away.
