Love Rob, but remember he'd been part of coaching a very good offense
in college for a while...
I think I (and most people) underestimated the value that experience brought from day 1.
This is no insult to Rob -- he's a smart guy (PhD after all) -- but in the long run, Ty's going to be a better OC if he's given the time to figure it out.
