For all those on CB calling for coaching changes my response to them is be patient with this staff. Yes they are all first timers and are learning on the job and they will continue to make mistakes but I'm convinced that if you were to replace our staff with Alabama's coaches our record would still be 1-3.

We just don't have the athletes "yet" to compete at the level all of us would like us to compete at. When I say athletes I mean we don't have the speed, and size of athlete we need to compete. It will take another two years before we see Kalani's recruits fill the entire roster (because of all the mission trips). This is when we should see our team start competing at the level we are used to and hopefully by then our staff will be seasoned enough to coach at the level we expect.

Hey we waited 67 years to get caffeine on campus can't we give this staff another 2 years before we start calling for replacements?
