Was no way this would work but after people in our ward swore by it we gave it a try with our kids and found that it actually works and works well. If you have any Vicks vapor rub put it on the bottom of her feet and then put socks on over the rub. You can put some on her chest too. I know the feet thing sounds weird but it really does work.
