Remember back in 2010/2011 the UT AG was putting together an anti-trust lawsuit
against the BCS for inclusion? Do you think part of the reason why the yewts were invited to a P5 conference was to stop the anti-trust lawsuit? Is it just coincidental timing that all of that happened? It seems like there is still a case to be made for anti-trust for many G5 programs...especially considering how many schools jumped on the B10 open invite last year. If so many schools are interested but can't get into the P5 because they're being blocked...and there are large dollars being funneled into P5 programs...and G5 programs are being hurt by this... Isn't there an anti-trust case to be made here? I know P5 arranged for a spot for the best G5 team to receive an invite to a NY6 bowl, but that seems to be more of a payoff to stay quiet.

The sad thing is that you could probably get G5 state schools together petition for inclusion but BYU as an independent and private school could still be left out. Could a case be made for inclusion?
