Soupie always seemed like a nice lady. I fear that the change from "Mom of CB" to "Mod of CB" will upset the dynamic somehow. My emotions are mixed. It's like your brother getting a job offer with the IRS. Or the one time that my best friend on my mission was made AP and shut down a zone activity for "too much loud laughing."

I'm glad for Soupie's success, but also don't know how to deal with the complicated emotions of a trusted CB poster being asked to relentlessly enforce the CB code of conduct.

It will furthermore make it impossible to refrain completely from mod/mom jokes.

"TNT, if I catch you reading that pon farr trash one more time, so help me, I'm going to limit your pinball privileges!"

As for TNT himself.....such a sad story. It looks like his series of unfortunate events is going to continue. Does the local WalMart even have enough Totino's in stock for him to drown his sorrows this time?
