Close to my office but we are thinking about moving. The neighborhoods are nice and established but the schools arent great and in our neighborhood there are zero kids for my kids to play with. All our neighbors are all 50+. Our ward is nice but the primary small and because there are so many geriatrics and retireds that are traveling each weekend my wife and I cant escape the leadership calling cycle. Not to mention I am like 1 of 5 BYU fans in my ward. If you want an area with youth and a decent amount of neighbors and ward members that arent half dead I wouldnt look at Cottonwood Heights right now. In another 10 years im sure there will be turnover and more families but right now its not the best place for a young family. I know my assesment sounds kinda harsh but it is the honest advise I wish I had received 10 years ago.
