People underestimate the difficulty of managing missions. So much changes in a

persons life between ages 18 and 20 or so. Not knowing who is coming or going, who will not come back after a mission, makes it difficult to balance positions. It's tough enough dealing with players who leave because of playing time but add a bit of missions uncertainty makes it even tougher.
