I have to disagree here. Hitting is part of football and you can't learn that
in flag. Some kids have natural aggression, but many don't. Plus if you start teaching proper tackling technique when they are young they will be safer in HS.
BTW, if you play flag until 9th grade you won't be seeing the field in high school anyway.
