I think that at the very least they get Ty a QB coach.
Either Steve Clark slides over to coach that position or they fire some folks and shuffle the chairs that way.
I don’t think I’m ready to fire Ty yet, but it’s clear changes need to be made. More experience and fire is required from the position coaches if the OC isn’t going to bring it himself.
Plus a dedicated QB coach would allow Ty to go to the booth during games.

No, it's the very inexperienced position coaches that were hired because of their friend status with Kalani.
