It's really hard for me to criticize him since I don't have nearly all of the information he's using.
I have seen him modify the offense to Hoge when he was playing, bring in Kafentzis to run the wildcat formation, bring in Koy and try to nurse him through a half, give Critchlow a few reps to get his feet wet (and according to Critchlow, give him as much as he can handle of the offense), give Pau'u a set of plays he can succeed at, involve Bushman heavily in the offense, try to go deep to Trinnaman and put Mangum in the shotgun so he can see the field better.
Dunno, looks like he's trying about everything he can think of to generate some offense. Kind of sucks that our QB's stare down a receiver and then throw into double and triple coverage, or fail to see wide open WR's or when they do see them, under throw them. Fact is, we have a pretty inexperienced set of skill position players on offense, the defense isn't helping them much, and we've faced some pretty difficult opponents. They haven't had a chance to gain much confidence or swagger. I expect they'll figure it out.
