I actually believe the BoT is ok with this because it allows BYU to travel all over and reach alumni all over. I do agree that losing too much early will kill that positive vibe and lose its impact.
September schedules are too brutal. Hard to argue otherwise. Trading ESPN $$ and exposure for really tough starts in September. And that could hurt the team long term.
