You are missing the point.
It's kind of too late to hire a guy with experience. That ship has sailed.
I'm saying - if we're talking about the current situation with the current coaches - there are really only 2 things that could be happening. And I'd prefer it be the coaches recognizing and working to fix things by trying to create an offense the current players can be successful with - not trying to "coach up" the players to better execute an offense that isn't working.
