If TX and OU leave, the Big 12 will be curb-stomped
and not retain P5 status. The power brokers (the other P5) will consolidate their power base.
The new CFP contract will remain at four, thus almost guaranteeing that the P5 champions get in.
The P4 will split the Big 12’s current share of CFP 14.3%) giving each other an additional 2% of tge net proceeds and giving the rest to the G5, whose percentage will grow from 27% to 33.3%. The G5 will support the P4 in this strategy.

This seems most likely to me. We end up in a somewhat watered down B12 but have P5 status/access. Would be great...

Next shot is 2024. Things then will be interesting. Not sure get the invite, but I expect changes then.
