His job is harder than any other AD. His responsibilities include filling out a
12 game schedule instead of 3 or 4. And he has to worry about P5 inclusion on top of it all. I don't envy Tom. He is in a brutal position.

This seems most likely to me. We end up in a somewhat watered down B12 but have P5 status/access. Would be great...
