The BE never sued. Neither will the Big 12,
especially if it loses more than just OU and TX.

The CFP contract expires after 2024/25. The 10 FPS commissioners and Notre Dame are its CEOs.

The new contract would simply identify who gets what and it could eliminate the Big 12 as a major conference just like the original contract eliminated the BE.

All participants have agreed to the bylaws when CFP was created. The Big 12 wouldn’t be able to cry foul if the CEOs used the established protocol to reassign the distribution of profits.

The G5 would go along for the reason outlined in my above post.
