A few years ago I was helping a family member with a donation. The "major
gifts" guy at the time would not return my emails or calls.
With no connection to Holmoe, I just sent him an email explaining what the family member was trying to do and he responded very quickly and handled everything himself. I was surprised that he took time away from his job to do something that the CC guy should have been doing.
