According to this thread... You guys want BYU to make offers only to 4 & 5 star kids. Kids who already have BIG offers from SEC schools (broken record time, you only get to be a 4/5 star ranking IF YOU HAVE BIG OFFERS.)
Or do you want BYU to make offers to who they think will have the biggest impact on the program? Sometimes those kids might have offers to big schools (4/5 stars).. and sometimes they may have ZERO offers or stars. Having 2 stars does not mean they have no talent. It just means they have not caught the eye of a bigger school yet.
Utah offered Leki Fotu when he had ZERO stars (his Sr. year of high school). Instantly he became a 3-star recruit.
