You don’t have to be an expert to know that it doesn’t work. They’re Alphas who wouldn’t be dumb enough to take a
demotion at their current school.
It would also cause a ton of friction with the new guy because the new guy would constantly be looking over his shoulder, and each guy would have “his” guys. That’s a recipe for division.
On the flip side, you’d have the old guy thinking he knows better, and personalities would clash.
