KS's Club Med culture was prominent in the classroom too. Spring semester, the team had the lowest GPA "ever" for a BYU football team. It hit the fan. This is a reflection of the culture on the team right now.
I was holding this info back, but I'm tired of hearing from the KS apologists how great he is and he has a plan. He is the one sinking the ship with his lack of leadership. Can he plug the holes? Time will tell.
Here is another tidbit. Bronco was told by Tom that his contract would not be renewed. That's when Bronco got serious about looking elsewhere.
I get the feeling that Tom manages athletics by putting his finger in the air to see which way the wind is blowing. CB and fans were belittling Bronco and singing the praises of KS at the time.
Bronco was run out of town by the negativity from fans, but luckily, he was already a hot commodity.
I'm not sure what happened with Ken N., but Tom went with the popular guy and it bit us in the yewt.
This is a fascinating situation to watch and I've learned a lot from it as it has unfolded. It will be interesting to see how things transpire from here. The question becomes, can the guy that created this historic disaster, fix it? I think Tom will give him more time because we won't pony up the money to buy KS out.
