I don't remember luke being that highly rated so i never understood all the angst about him. Some guys are projects and that's ok. Some guys need to be developed.

This goes for any sport. You can't land a team full of five stars because they almost all have playing expectations and transfer out if they don't start or at least play. You have to recruit bench guys and depth that may play right away too.
