Troublemaker
I have smoked a brined and un-brined turkey....
there was no difference.
There was a huge difference between a smoked turkey and a turkey roasted or baked in the oven.
Smoked turkey was extremely moist.
baked or roasted was very dry.....at least the white meat was dry.

Really? Fried and brined vs. fried and un-brined is big difference.

Just use a turkey bag if you want a moist turkey

If you have to roast in the oven, do the roasting bag, but also roast it breast-down

Most turkeys you buy in plastic are already "brined"
