I have lost 89 pounds since April on the keto diet without a single cheat day. I haven't decided yet whether to have my first cheat day tomorrow. Should I cheat with mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie?

Yes. Cheat tomorrow and don't weigh yourself for 3-4 days after so you don't get

I travel a lot and for some reason retain water. That was probably his problem for most of those lb's.

Having a cheat day on Keto is usually great motivation.
