I think Mangum can be good. I think he has been close to figuring this offense out but then got injured twice. The point of the OP is that we haven't had consistency at qb. That's definitively true.
Squally, well you've watched him run, he has moments of greatness followed by bewildering decisions and effort. Ula on the other hand looked great every time he got a couple carries.
