thing legendary sports programs have in common is a fan base that supports them no matter what. I made Smack a member last Christmas partly just for the fun of making a die-hard Ute support the Cougars, but it's had lots of cool things throughout the year, and I don't even live out where I can go to the free luncheons and stuff. So, seriously, if you've ever thought about pulling the trigger, you should do it tomorrow. I'm planning on getting the free "Y" baseball hat, and giving the free membership to my little brother who lives out there near Salt Lake. (Anyone know VirginiaUte? I bet he'd love a membership!!!)
