No, not really. I have a PS4. AAA games will be in both platforms.
Exclusives these days are very rare. PS4 is definitely better in that department (HZD, Last of Us, Uncharted, Little Big Planet), but not that big of a deal IMO.
Main thing is making sure you have the same platform as most of your friends, so your gaming can be a tiny bit less antisocial.
