Experience in the Stanford pro style is the biggest reason I would like him as Co-OC. Recruiting connections in QB/WR on the West Coast is another big plus. Who knows, maybe he could bring Tanner McKee with him. He has been their QB /WR coach and recruiting coordinator for 4 years and it’s time for him to get a coordinator job.
