Just because an OC hasn't been hired yet doesn't mean there is no plan.
In fact, that may be the best thing going on right now.
I'd prefer this to be a long, well researched job search. If the hire would have been quick, I would have had the same concerns I have with the other coaches, nepotism or already made up mind without much vetting.
The plan was to let Ty go, clearly. The fact that nothing has been done since is just fine.
Now the fact that TH hasn't said anything...that is concerning. He is tied to KS and his success. If KS goes next year, TH better be prepared to pack up too.
