I couldn't disagree more

Any increase in funding for the program needs to come from fans/boosters. We as a group need to step up and pour more money into the program.

I absolutely hate it when programs like Utah go to the legislature with their hands out asking for more money. My tax money shouldn't go towards football, and neither should my tithing money. Fans need to fund their programs.
