It 100% on Sitake. A fish rots from the head down. BYU football is at an all time low right now. It's not just about wins and losses. During the Crowton era, there were problems. Big time problems. But the entire program was not as bad as it is now. For that very reason, Sitake should not have kept his job. I don't care what is standard. Sitake is not good for BYU Football at this point. Giving him one more year to make good on his wishes with a new OC and the same players will not make any difference. Tom Holmoe made a huge mistake handling the Detmer situation the way he did and hitching his future to Sitake's wagon will be his undoing as well.
