Since we look upon the WofW as part of our covenants as LDS, I do not see why we should impose them on coaches who are not LDS. If a Baptist has a cup of coffee there is no sin. If a Mormon drinks one, he is not keeping his promise to the Lord. I can understand why non LDS students must promise to keep the WofW, because we don't want the prohibited substances in the dorms or student housing. However, I think an adult hired by the university should not feel guilty about what they do in their own home, unless it is against the law.
