Here is how it should have gone down
- After UMass loss, call Andy Reid, hash out a deal for him to be our offensive coordinator (should take 20 minutes or so).
- Let Ty Detmer know right away, and have Andy Reid ready to call plays via skype for the Hawaii game
- Have Ty Detmer repeatedly say "Watermelon" and "She sells seashells by the seashore" so it looks like he is actively engaged in the game (advise not to say "vacuum")
- Fire Ty Detmer immediately after game and announce Andy Reid as the new OC
