This is D1 college football. It's not "your best" when you overthrow receivers. This is a high enough level of play that a QB should be expected to make most of the throws, especially the easy ones. Little league is a place for pats on the back and a chipper "you'll do better next time." High school should be a good mix of dealing with kids and accountability at the same time. Use some tact. D1 football is where if you consistently mess up you should hear about it loudly. Ever watch Jimbo Fisher (not a fan by the way) coach his QBs? He eats them up. If they mess up he gets in their faces. Yells a lot. He also wins National Championships and puts A LOT of players in the League. Get your jock strap on and grow up
