At this point kids wont change and sign early. Schools will try to get them
to not sign early and wait until February - which is good for both us and them. Don't want a kid to sign who won't fit in with the new staff, or to regret the biggest decision of their life. The new staff will have plenty of time to shore up things.
The positive of BYU is that most kids are coming here for things in addition to football - so our class will be fairly steady once kids are on board.
