I understand what you are saying but look at the best coaches in college
football and the NFL. They do a lot worse and they are winning games and championships. In this type of environment its the norm and players have to be able to deal with it. The football world is made up of Alpha males and only the strong survive.
I think your judgement is unfair based on him getting on players when they underperform especially when that is the norm in college football and great coaches do much worse. Players in general love Kalani.
